The City of Rancho Cucamonga has embarked on a innovative project, creating an 8,000 square foot children’s museum inside a library. They hired Punt Consulting Group to find the perfect exhibit design partner for this project, which features spaces that will transform quarterly into new themed environments.
This approach requires a fresh approach to budget allocation, operations, and a design built around fixed platforms that can be re-skinned to create new experiences. Punt Consulting Group not only ran the selection process to find a forward-thinking design team and negotiated the contract, but we also helped the City adapt existing municipal procurement strategies to match this unprecedented project.
