Story
The Discovery Children’s Museum—58,000 square feet of family learning in the heart of Las Vegas—hired Punt Consulting Group as its Owner’s Representative to handle the 26,000 square feet of exhibits to be housed in this new museum. Punt Consulting provided the architects with infrastructure specifications to keep the project moving, then ran a multifaceted RFQ/RFP process to build the right exhibit team for the project. That process led to more than 130 proposals, from which we helped the museum choose six design/build firms across the U.S. and Canada. We negotiated all exhibit contracts, then managed the complex exhibit development, design, fabrication, and installation, resulting in a great educational experience for children and families in the rapidly expanding Las Vegas community.
