Story
In the midst of their relocation to a space under renovation, Kidspace Children’s Museum had a long hiatus without an Executive Director and the project was badly off track.
Punt Consulting Group was brought in to write a project assessment for the Board, provide a forensic accounting of the project to date, and provide recommendations for how to get the project back on track.
Based on the quality and clarity of our work, the Board hired Punt Consulting Group as Owner’s Representatives to update/create contracts for the consultants, manage the architectural team and building contractors, and get the museum completed successfully. The project included both indoor and outdoor experiences, two three-story climbing structures, and a site-specific walkthrough kaleidoscope art installation.
